All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds due to sizing, fit, color preference, buyer’s remorse, duplicate purchases, or a change of mind.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, photos, measurements, sizing information, colors, prices, and order details before completing their purchase. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

An exception may be reviewed only if:

• You received an incorrect item
• Your item arrived damaged
•  Your item was materially different from the product description

To report an eligible order issue, you must contact Shop With Nichole within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Your request must include your order number, clear photos of the item, all original tags, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Items must remain unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached. Removing tags, wearing the item, washing the item, altering the item, or failing to provide the requested documentation may make the item ineligible for review.

Minor variations in color, packaging, pattern placement, stitching, or manufacturer details are not considered defects. Normal signs of handling on items identified as new without tags, sample pieces, liquidation, overstock, or similar merchandise are not considered defects when disclosed in the product listing.

Shop With Nichole reserves the right to inspect and review each eligible claim. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an approved resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. Customers must not mail or ship an item back unless written return authorization and return instructions have been provided by Shop With Nichole.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order issue was caused by Shop With Nichole or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this All Sales Are Final and No Return Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
